Ofc, it’s super simple Sun-dried tomatoes (including the oil) Roasted red pepper (one small) Garlic (3 cloves) Heavy cream (I didn’t measure but 3/4 cup I think) Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup (once again didn’t measure but to your heart’s desire)

I blended up the sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper and garlic and cooked that for a bit before adding the cream and cheese
