I used this vodka sauce recipe as a guide except I used roasted garlic paste instead, wayyy more red pepper flakes, and put parm both in the sauce and on top.

The chicken is just the "fryer tender" style raw chicken coated in egg (with salt/pepper/garlicpowder/onionpowder/paprika) and herb & parm panko! And fried with lots of vegetable oil of course (olive oil gives it too much of a flavor)

And of course I used bucatini pasta 🥰 was my first time finding it in stores!!
