First time making pizza😬 and I’m making it for my husband and his friend tonight. Any tips on making that store bought dough nice and fluffy and high quality looking?
I also assume what #1 said would work, especially if active yeast is present.
I’ve always made from scratch & it takes about an hour to rise but goes pretty quickly after that (highly recommend in the future if you have the time).

I’ve never made pizza, but if the dough has yeast can you warm it up and let it incubate a bit? If you’re not sure, you can maybe add yeast.
Again, never made pizza before but that’s what I’d try :)

I like to stick the crust in the oven for a few minutes before putting any toppings on
