Ty! 1lb chicken breast, sear and cook, remove from pan and add a stick (8tbsp) of butter and let melt, add 1.5 cups heavy cream, mix well and let it pull all the fond off the bottom of the pan. Add 1.5 - 2 cups of fresh parm depending on how thick / rich you want your sauce. Season to taste, I do about 2tbsp black pepper, 1tbsp parsley, and 1/2tbsp cayenne. Add your cut chicken into it, maybe give it a second to warm if you need to. Strain your pasta, add, toss, and enjoy ๐
