How I did the sauce tho:
3/4 cup water, 1 1/8 tsp chicken bullion (eyeballed it),4 tbsp soy sauce (mine has less sodium), 1 tbsp sgr w 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1/2 tsp ssamjang. (I browned the onions n put 1 glove garlic in sauce)
