Of course! Kalbi Recipe: - Korean BBQ original sauce (sweet & savory marinade for chicken & pork) ; I could have made it lol but this works just as well - Garlic powder (ran out of fresh garlic), onion powder, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar, - Marinated overnight and cook on a pan with some oil for about 1-2 minutes per side and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. And enjoy! :)

I also soak the short ribs in cold water before the marinade for 2-3 hours to draw out blood impurities and bone fragments. Afterwards, rub them thoroughly by hand in cold water to ensure they are completely rinsed and clean.

A slightly more authentic recipe I got from my grandma who is Korean would be, 1 cup each soy sauce, sugar and water, red pepper paste, 2-3 cloves of garlic, onion powder, and sesame seeds it’s great on short ribs or skirt steaks. Overnight marinate then grill the next day. At least this is what we do and it’s great
