also to add: tonkotsu broth is usually creamy white and not very opaque however, I braised the pork in a very tasty mixture and added it to the tonkotsu broth base because it was yummy

You ain’t cook that. Egg is not seasoned and broth is too dark & cloudy. So many you did make this.
