I already made the batter and was short on time. it’s chilling now, gonna top it and post it tomorrow!

You should try baking with a water bath so the cheesecake retains a bit more of its moisture! Also, for marbling, my mom always mixes just a little bit of the batter into whatever she’s swirling to keep it from sinking in!
