Should be slightly charred) 4/5 (17g) garlic (mince + 2 whole for the paste) 4 sun-dried tomato halves (Good & Gather brand) Pureed these ingredients together in food processor (leave the minced garlic for the sauce) I also used some of the oil from the jar for the sauce 3 tbsps (45ml) heavy cream 15g Parmesan cheese (use to hearts desire) 1 serving (56g) Good & Gather rigatoni
