slice onions, garlic (not necessary), and tomatoes (whole or halved baby tomatoes work best in my exp) heat up a pan to halfway between medium and low heat, add your oil of choice (i use evoo), place your chicken on the pan and season (i usually use rosemary, oregano, paprika, and black pepper, i usually cut the breast in half to reduce the thickness) this next part you’ll have to play around with timing, i usually start when the chicken is about a third cooked through

This is for a chicken and pasta recipe You can cook chicken with salt and pepper and Italian seasoning and lemon juice. Cook on one side on a medium-high heat fully. Flip it over and cook for a minute and then add milk or heavy cream and more seasoning and paprika for 5 minutes. Add a little bit of lemon juice afterwards and add extra cheese and pasta and stir around

You can stove cook chicken with all of the seasonings you want (I recommend salt, pepper, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, and minced garlic)and then eat it with rice, instant ramen, mashed potatoes, or bread. Try to add vegetables. Onions are easy to add but you can do anything!

You can cut into cubes with a vegetable of your choice(I recommend picking one of the following green beans, asparagus, bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower) cook the meat for 3-5 minutes and then add 1/4 cup portion of oyster sauce and 1/4 cup portion of soy sauce. Add 2 tsp of sugar and 2tbsp of gochujang powder or half the amount of siracha sauce (half the amount of sugar if you don’t add the spice) cook down for the sauce to thicken and you should be done. You can have as is or with rice

flip chicken, add onions and garlic, cook until onion is slightly tender, add tomatoes, optional step at this point or another if you find it works better is to add your preferred cooking wine (i like chardonnay and marsala for this dish), cook until chicken is cooked through then turn the heat up to medium to brown
