Burned the first batch cuz I’m only used to flame cooking but saved it with extra garlic and butter 😃 this was the second batch (which did much better) and thankfully the honey that I used as a binder didn’t burn 🔥 😎

Imma give exact what it said but I eyeballed all of it and made it for my palate
I added honey as a binder for the chicken (KEEP HEAT LOWER SO YOU DONT BURN THE FUCK OUT OF THE HONEY), and on my own bowl, I added:
- lemon juice
- capers
- chili flakes
- dried roasted red peppers

Let chicken rest for 5 min before cutting and eating (for best juicy results: wrap in aluminum foil along with the butter sauce used to cook the chicken and more minced garlic for aromatics + basil leaf if you’d like)

For a lazy bitch like myself, you can make this in 30 minutes TOTAL if you remove some of the prep work (I used pre minced garlic >:))
Pls don’t go bald 🙏
