Burned the first batch cuz I’m only used to flame cooking but saved it with extra garlic and butter 😃 this was the second batch (which did much better) and thankfully the honey that I used as a binder didn’t burn 🔥 😎

- 16oz fettuccine - 1lb chicken breasts - 1tsp Italian seasoning - 3/4 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp pepper - 2 tbsp EVOO - 1 tbsp butter

Sauce: - 2 cups parm cheese - 1/2 cup butter - 2 cups heavy whip cream - 1 clove garlic minced - 3/4 tsp garlic powder - 3/4 tsp Italian seasoning - 1/4 tsp S&P

I added honey as a binder for the chicken (KEEP HEAT LOWER SO YOU DONT BURN THE FUCK OUT OF THE HONEY), and on my own bowl, I added: - lemon juice - capers - chili flakes - dried roasted red peppers

Let chicken rest for 5 min before cutting and eating (for best juicy results: wrap in aluminum foil along with the butter sauce used to cook the chicken and more minced garlic for aromatics + basil leaf if you’d like)

For a lazy bitch like myself, you can make this in 30 minutes TOTAL if you remove some of the prep work (I used pre minced garlic >:)) Pls don’t go bald 🙏
