Be what you want to attract! If you’re comfortable being “overweight” then that’s okay, you’ll attract guys that are also okay with that. If you say no to sex, you’ll attract guys who say no to sex. Never sell out to your desires if they feel wrong, but guilt and shame (conviction) don’t often lead to people making decisions that make them happy, unless they feel accomplished and satisfied being “good” which is real and a worthwhile thing but now you’re talking about “works based” love.
