That’s not how attachment styles work. They form in childhood from improper care from parents. Unless she was breastfeeding and burping you, it’s probably just unworked relationship issues

It’s my lived experience, I don’t know what to tell you. All I’m saying is I never had issues with that before and now I do. I find myself pulling the same shit on other people that she used to pull on me when I never used to be like that. It wasn’t glamorous dating someone like that and it’s not glamorous being someone like that either. It’s a constant struggle that has stuck with me for years now.
