
approach the subject with a sense of care and love, not concern. the last thing people with eating disorders (not saying she has one) need is to feel like theyre doing something bad. try to initiate a conversation gently regarding why she may not be eating, and if its intentional, if there is something you can do. whatever you do, do NOT say “you need to eat more” or “you look skinnier” or anything like that because it can only worsen it. just be loving and clearly communicate your care for her.
