I feel bitter because my friend doesn’t like my boyfriend. I think it is for an unfair reason (related to his upbringing). We have agreed to disagree but I it kind of gnaws at me. I try to ignore it because she is otherwise one of my closest friends.
Different religious beliefs. I didn’t want to say it because I don’t want fifty million people asking me how we’re planning to raise our kids (that happened last time I tried to get yikyak advice on this topic)

I will say that we have thought plenty about our differences, before we decided to date each other, and all of the problems I’ve had regarding our differences have not been internal conflicts but other people creating problems for us

You don’t need to prove to your friend why she should like your boyfriend and your friends dont choose your partners. If she as a religious person cant see past that to a basic human she needs help
