Not really they have fired people before it. Just really depends if your leaders catch it

Yeah I know people that have been termed but they called out everyday!! The point system is BS and I feel like they have awareness to that

They definitely do think it’s dumb but it’s so much easier on them for it to be automated and just alert them because they don’t gotta care
