Yeah unfortunately the same thing happened my last program when I went to the hospital in an alpha, there’s no safety net for being sick for multiple days. My leaders gave me mine and they didn’t have a choice cause it’s how the system works. (My first one was years ago bust for context) In theory there’s a new thing where you can ask to combine a certain amount of days but you need to have your doctor’s notes ready and go to a certain place. If they don’t say something today go talk to them.

combining sick days is a full time thing when you're in good standing. unfortunately since cps aren't in the union there's not much you can do. talk to your leaders when you get a chance and if you're close to one they might take pity on you and be nice but they're not required to help you so they don't always do that

That’s what I was thinking, I think someone told me they’re allowing a one time pass for CP’s but again I don’t know that for sure or whether it’s a guarantee if it’s real it could very much be a leader discretion thing. End of the day be the person to start the conversation with leaders if they haven’t.

actually cps can do it now too, it’s not just a full time thing. only once during your program though

That’s what I thought. I’ve been told this many times but I’m so confused cause they haven’t said anything about the reprimand stuff to me
