I’ve realized I’m addicted to my phone it’s over 10 hours which is embarrassing honestly. I’ve wasted to much time in my day and I want to fix it but I don’t know where to start

Try making a schedule of waking up, hitting the gym, showering then go do a hobby or distract yourself with something productive or fun.

You could try setting time restrictions on the apps you use most. Not going on it when you first wake up can help if that’s something you do

also have a trusted friend set a screen time limit on ur distracting apps and dont let them tell u the code
