That tends to happen sometimes, def recommend boiling the water first before trying to mix! What helps me with my instant coffee is to first mix it with a spoon, then any creamer or milk gets added with a milk frother! And it also helps if you mix a bit of water with the instant coffee, ice can help calm some of the bubbles down!
