I’ve always eaten consciously, but my DH was so difficult everything was heavily salted, buttery, or oil. I had no car and no nearby grocery store or kitchen, and my one roommate with a car HATED me and never drove me anywhere even if I offered $. I was starving when I went home but I’m convinced it was butter
