It not much if you just list the ingredients but they listed the ingredients ingredients which is kinda cool.

It’s because the US has laws stating that every single ingredient and every ingredient within those ingredients has to be listed. Look at the chicken right at the top. It’s not enough to just say Ponzu Chicken. They also have to write out boneless skinless chicken breast fillet, rib meat, solution of water, sea salt, and sodium phosphates. The Ponzu Chicken was enough. We know what part of the chicken it comes from and what cut it is. And we know there’s salt and water in the chicken.

Y’all’s dining halls have accurate ingredient lists? Mine are always vague so I just stopped eating there after getting sick too many times
