It’s not enough to just say Ponzu Chicken. They also have to write out boneless skinless chicken breast fillet, rib meat, solution of water, sea salt, and sodium phosphates. The Ponzu Chicken was enough. We know what part of the chicken it comes from and what cut it is. And we know there’s salt and water in the chicken.
