the company and flamingo don’t really care about us, but if you find friends and make moments of happiness for yourself (in some roles it’s tougher) than you’ll be fine. i just wouldn’t extend personally unless you can’t find any other work

tbh it depends on your role. im in merch at studios and it's a great role in the best park to work in (not just my opinion either) but i will say it's hard to really make good friends here. lots of friendships im finding are short lived.

I got cosmic rays and love it. It’s all about how you think about it. I was told I was going to hate life being in food and bev especially at cosmics and I work with great ppl and great cords. It’s all a mindset.

people either love or hate it, at the end of the day it is what YOU make of it. you need to be aware that you are not guaranteed to get the role that you want but you can still have so much fun here if you try; my job us not ideal but i take advantage of the perks, go to the parks on my off days and have made lots of friends

it depends on your role! i work in parking but my hours can vary from 30-39 hours a week, usually i get one or two off days but a lot of days i have time to do stuff before or after shifts, especially if i am only working 6 hours

the pay is the same for almost all roles- mine is considered safety critical job though and i should be getting paid more considering i drive trams but i dont </3 (monorail get more when they only have to hit a button to drive it which is kinda messed up ngl 💀)

Yes but not everyday. It’s mostly just changing trash cans and keeping restrooms tidy. It’s mostly really peaceful and boring

It Might be harder if ur female cuz their restrooms get busier and dirtier. If you can tolerate a little poop and pee here and there, nothing extreme, u should be good

That’s the only housing you can get you could live in apartment, but you don’t get the same amenities that you do in the housing Disney provides
