“No one is forcing you to stay” at Disney thought it was implied but I guess not. Get a different job that pays more, stay at Disney until the new one is secure then term. If you have a car then DoorDash, uber, instant cart 🛒 on your off days if you can’t get another job. If you’re hating your job make a CHANGE!
