FT here in Attractions and former CP from 2024. A lot of the CPs we work with are chill. What we hate though as PT/FT is when some of the newer CPs are either a bag of rocks, or they lecture us on how to do our job even though we are doing it correctly and by the book.

I just hate the ones that tell me how to do my job. Babes I’ve seen this place change ten fold don’t tell me how to do my job when you’ve been here 3 months vs 3 years

i always just remind them i’m getting more hours than them lol

i know the PT at my location hate CPs because they are guaranteed 0 hrs while we’re guaranteed 30 minimum
