i used to do that all the time at epcot when i worked there and our leaders actively encouraged it 😭

usually if i get out early enough and wanted something food wise from the parks, i would usually always bring like a sweatshirt or a sweater or even a full change of clothes to change into, would walk from backstage into the parks, grab what i wanted, and then just exited backstage and usually, nobody would say anything but i would just be really careful even though you should keep your blue id visible if someone stops you in the tunnels or looks at you until you exit the tunnels fully and get

The only thing I’ve heard about this for getting termed is if you use your working cast discount on the days you don’t work

to westclock. mind you, i don’t do this all the time but i have done it a few times though and didnt mobile order but always would have like something so that my work costume was covered and my name tag wasn’t showing cause if that was the case where i had just went back on stage without anything covering my name tag, then there’s more of a chance that you may get termed but i feel like it depends on leadership though
