Sorry if this sounds bad but why are we expected to know Spanish from guests? Like if I were traveling to another country where English wasn’t the first language I’d try to pick it up and learn key words before coming

i've never had anyone get mad at me and i meet guests multiple times daily who don't speak english so i wonder if it's the way you approach it. if you have a device onstage they likely have google translate or ask the guest if they have it. you're in the worlds biggest theme park, it's not expected of you to know every language but it is expected of you to be as helpful, courteous, and respectful

Get a translator app for your phone if you’re in a role that allows you to carry your phone on stage.

They ask if I speak Spanish and I say no and I try to smile and help them maybe I just have bad guests 😭😭
