THANK YOU omfg i go single rider almost every time bc i prefer solo park days and the lines (especially rockin) are INSANE because they’re always whole families. if you’re a party of 3 or more get the fuck OUT

Well I do know that single rider lines are only based off needs and how many odd numbered parties that get in that line and the wait time can be shorter than the posted time or longer it’s really a gamble

i just think that it doesn’t matter because either way they’re going on it solo. so let them wait in line w people they know even if they ride it alone. i fear it’s just not that deep

they closed single rider once when i was there cause it was too long. i got my happy ass a pretzel and sat outside on the bench until it opened cause i’m not waiting 70 minutes in standby when i’m a SINGLE RIDER

exactly. and waiting in line with ur friends but riding alone is still single rider… the waiting in line with a group shouldn’t be a problem when they are all going single on the ride anyways

i think a part of the issue is families will go in the single rider line and somehow avoid reading all signage saying “parties will be separated” and they complain to the cast members that they’re being separated from their families and cast members shouldn’t have to deal with that. it’s a lot of people thinking they’re gonna get a “short wait time” but sometimes it’s opposite 😭 they literally tell u the wait could be the same or even longer than the standby.

i’m saying this bc during my program i’d go to the parks solo A LOT and i had seen this happen multiple times 😭 ive seen so many parties of over 6 people go in that line when it’s meant for “single riders”.

i can remember a time i did single rider for rnr and the wait was 90 mins and it took me 2 and a half hours 😭😭 there were multiple parties of like 7-8 people in that line
