As an attendant I partly blame it for why I’m so burnt out after my shifts like I want to go meet new ppl and have a social life but after a shift I’m just so burnt out and don’t want to leave my room

No literally and then what’s worse is I have coworkers like “oh this doesn’t feel like a job” “I’ll work every day if I could” (and some actually do pick up that many shifts)
