Depends on how late and how many times you’ve done it before. The first time is a warning tho.

i had a guest who left like 10 minutes after 1 AM and i ended up getting a 50$ charge which i’m like pretty sure they were gonna take out of my paycheck and they never ended up taking it out of my paycheck but this happened on a Friday night and i ended up getting an email like early in the morning like Sunday morning at 1 AM and at first i was like so confused because i’ve been here since september and it was only my first lease violation

only overnight guests that are allowed are technically cps and they can only stay over for i believe a total of three nights before flamingo possibly says something and if you have an overnight guest who’s not a cp, you very well could get possibly termed
