i don’t work pandora but one of my stores has pandora so i’m a bit familiar. they can be exchanged without the receipt, they’ll just have to call a coord.

The bracelet is to big and I don’t like the charm I would prefer to pick something out that I can wear and like do you think they would do an exchange for different items without a receipt?
