Some cast members need to learn the courtesy key. Ive seen too many attractions cast yell or bark orders at guests when a simple “please sit down” or “please stay behind that yellow line” would have sufficed

Yeah but courtesy still is a key. You dont get to just throw it out the window. If you cant do both thats a skill issue.

You shouldn’t just assume they don’t care about safety in most scenarios though. People make mistakes like in the examples on the original post. Not all guests are the same and not all cast members are perfect
