It's possible. I know someone who was in the same situation as you that just couldn't mentally deal with a safety critical role and she has a talk with our leaders and she got moved to a different role (with only 3 months left)

If you’re still in training, please talk with your trainers! They can set up a meeting with your leaders to maybe get more training days, or maybe recasted. Disney is really into safety and they want their cast members to be comfortable handling it. They will recast you if need be

Yes you can talk to your leaders, just know you’ll be put in a position where it is not safety critical. Better to talk now before anything happens. I have seen lifeguards who froze from anxiety in crucial moments so it’s better you come clean

lol seriously i feel so stupid for even considering it but i have cried at least once every shift. will i need a medical accommodation and can they term me if i tell my leaders i don’t think i should be at a safety critical role

absolutely, if it’s a safety critical role you have an easy recast by just saying you aren’t comfortable handling the safety critical stuff
