I got a ESA letter for my cat cause I didn’t know the policy and wanted one assuming flamingo would ask, and I was SHOCKED how easy it was to bring my cat- but also I have my cat for anxiety and whatever- I wish flamingo was stricter cause now poor fur babies are being abandoned:(
