Exactly! The older coords usually have been with the company forever and just do their job. Younger ones drink and party with the cps and in turn, creates favoritism.

The younger coords HATED me because I rejected the CP who was their best fucking friend 💀 Like sorry that our 6 year age gap was a deal breaker for me?!?!?!?
