Loews Hotels (who owns & operates all of the universal hotels) and Universal treats their employees soo much better

No exactly , I was on and off at Disney for like 5 years and I work at epic now and I love it omg 😭 my poor trainer of mine was unpacking trauma left to right with my questions

A good chunk of the people I work with at Loews came from Disney because they wanted better pay and better benefits
