That’s happened to me before, as well as I FEEL HORRIBLE when I have to ask a friend (typically only bother the 5 friends I have at work) on break if they can open my water bottle or ibuprofen and they have headphones on zoned out🥲 (and they are happy to help, and then bully me about it) I couldn’t even IMAGINE bothering someone for a whole break when they have active cues of “leave me alone”
