you can call the front desk because i’m in building 5 at east and i literally had called and put in a noise complaint before because of my neighbors above me because they literally are always fucking stomping around or dropping shit at like ALL HOURS of the day and night and one of my former roommates actually had gone up and legitimately screamed at a guy who was leaving the apartment cause i guess there was some kind of party going on, i had just got home late from work, & my one roommate

wasn’t feeling good or she was really tired and wanted to sleep but couldn’t because of how loud they were being and from me making the noise complaint as well as my former roommate screaming at them, those were the times where it actually ended up stopping for a bit
