okay, let's take a moment to breathe. Yes she was wronged but what exactly is she getting at with this potential lawsuit? I understand wanting to take action for what's shes been through, but the legal system is not the way to go about it currently. in the end of the day this could potentially just be wasting money because of how expensive it is to go through with a lawsuit.

i said this on another post but nothing that happened to her was okay by any means. i dont know her personally but based off online posts i genuinely mean I think she just really needs to step back for a little bit. she's had a crazy year and I think she needs to really take the time for herself and to reevaluate to her decisions. I understand she wants some kind of compensation for everything that's happened to her, but I think taking legal action against disney is not the right move.

Defamation in Florida is a false statement of facts that harms a persons character or reputation. Ethan posted that she got people termed on her video. That harms her character by people thinking she was a snitch which led to other people like Kevin the other person she posted bouncing off those lies spreading more lies. either way i dont think a lawsuit is the best move like I said I understand she wants compensation but in the end of the day lawsuits are expensive even if she did go through with this and won this case, she still has a lot of emotional stuff I think she needs to work out plus the potential stress of going through a whole lawsuit. yes she would be financially compensated but the added stress of going through the legal system is not worth it in the long run emotionally

whoever she’s suing has a strong counter because she’s dragging this out online. not to defend them, but the judge will look at that too, and it’s not a good look. if she really had an intent to go through with a lawsuit, the first thing a lawyer would tell you is not to post about it online.

It doesn’t matter if that’s the reason that she got fired or not. I don’t think it has anything to do with that. This is specifically about people ruining her reputation. And honestly, I’m sure it does have something to do with her getting fired because all of y’all report her stuff all the time they didn’t just fire her for her performance.
