I once saw a young couple on their honeymoon (matching shirts) both on scooters. Ofc they had to be right next to each other blocking the whole path. And ofc because we were at EPCOT they were drinking. The woman was somehow ALSO texting/taking selfies? I don’t remember how she was steering. I’m a wheelchair user and it pisses me off. At the very least, you shouldn’t be able to drink/text and drive. That would cut back on a ton of people using them that don’t need them.
