On the third picture, if you could, squeeze the bed into the tucked area where the left desk is. If it doesn’t fit, rotate it horizontally to where it’s poking outward. Then move the desks around wherever. Let me know if that works

What I would do is keep the bed where it is but loft it up so the shelf is at the foot of the bed and you dresser is at the head of the bed. Then keep the desk how it is and put it where ever you think is best and that will allow you to have more space to bring in your own furniture to customize it more. There is a lot more space then what the 3D models show
