i got sure2sleep 2 inch gel cooling , i slept on it for three school years straight (so 2 summers) bc i worked on campus over the last two summers and still good!

it should last u a lot longer than it did with me if u don’t sleep on it for 2.5 years straight lol i got a mattress protector as well at target for it! helps keep it in place espically if u get clips! people say it’s a pain but it’s really not lol
