you should make a day of it if you can! clean your place the day before so everything else is put away, blast some music, and get yourself some good food and maybe a drink or two. that’s my plan over winter break at least

my best advice is to take some time planning so you can save time actually decorating and are less likely to put it off once u start. i’d recommend using wall putty for any posters or paper!! makes it SO easy to put stuff up and rearrange so it isn’t so stressful 😁 and i use binder clips hung on dollar tree brand command hooks to hang any tapestries/blankets, it took me like 2 hours to get 11 posters and 3 tapestries up with this method, hope this helps!

i feel you friend, i moved into a new place in july and my walls are still barren. i haven’t had the time to decorate since i’m not home very often
