I've got a foam mattress pad under mine and it hardly slides

i have something similar and it doesn’t work. the matress topper especially moves more than the actual matress

I am not sure what else to suggest, then. Perhaps a way to strap it in at the sides. Maybe ask around in your dorm to see what others have come up with
