That is TO MANY. Be blunt with them and set a max at like 5-6 people. It may hurt feelings, but in the end everyone will still have fun and it’ll be good on your mental health!

Is it a campaign or a one shot??

I ran for a table of 12. Honestly was more fun than like a 5-6 person table. Lot more interaction within the party itself.

I’ve dm’d for a larger group before (albeit, the larger group was family). I honestly think I can pull this one off

Hey if your comfortable with it, go for it! Just make sure you take care of yourself and set clear rules and boundaries!

Imagine waiting over an hour to take your turn in an 11 person group.

I can imagine it and fear for what may happen. OP is comfortable doing it and as long as they’re okay with it and set boundaries (lines and veils). Then I hope it works out best for them and their group. If everyone has fun then it’s a huge win!

And their schedules actually lined up??? Well done 👏 I have 6 official plays and 1 occasional special guest and I still have issues hosting a weekly session

We’re planning on all playing on Fridays/saturdays (whichever is more convenient), as most of us don’t have class those days
