I think that could still be fun. Replace Deoxys with a mind flair and Rayquaza elder tempest. Groudin would be Tarrasque and Kyogre would be a Leviathan.

Basically it’s just the main plot of ruby, I didn’t mean to have it go down that route but I might add something like the Regis now for side quest stuff

More like a cult trying to awaken Maegara to burn away the old world. But it’s pretty close besides that

If you change the language a but you could have it so the Maegara cult wants to bring in a new world while a rival cult worshiping a watery cuthulu type monster wants to bring back the old world.
