Not under any presidency tbh, at least with the way the system is set up. The only way to get that powerful today is if you have enough corporate backers, who virtually NEVER care about the environment beyond greenwashing themselves Not only that, there’s TONS of corps actively opposing any environmentalist candidate. They’ll literally create new candidates and dump unlimited corpo money into them JUST to prevent an environmentalist win, so you’d need more money than is realistically feasible
