as a former nps employee, so many people don’t make it past the initial screening because they say that have little experience doing something. in the questionnaire you fill out when you apply, if you’ve done something say you’re comfortable doing it without supervision. if you haven’t done it, say you’ve done it under supervision. if you feel comfortable doing it on your own, you are an expert. only one person made it past the initial screening for our team and we need at least 6 to operate.
