it’s so competitive to get a job with cool county like you cannot simply apply for the job even when you greatly exceed the qualifications you have to have real life connections to them like you have to either know the department chief or work for a partner organization before they will even consider hiring you

meant to say cook county but my fingers are wiser… it is a cool county 11% of the land is managed by the forest preserves and they take their job very seriously
