You know some people mix chicory ground up with coffee, not because chicory has caffeine in it but because it opens your receptors to caffeine more so you can use less coffee and get the same amount of caffeine intake👉🏽👈🏽 (I love this flower too)

Actually, have you ever noticed this flower usually grows near roads and highways? I always wondered if that was because the wind of the cars passing by flings the seeds better and maybe chicory has some sort of grain like reproductive system?? Idk

Saw this when I did some research it’s so cool apparently it’s common very common for people to drink this in southern states

That’s an interesting theory I know they reproduce very quickly and have dandelion like seeds I know they also can grow in very poor and toxic soils most other plants can’t grow in I wonder if that’s why maybe there’s little to no competition with other plants in those areas

Ignore my shoe but this is the flower up close it’s so pretty it was growing by a fence next to a busy urban road nowhere near a country side which was interesting
