You can always just say that circumstances changed and rescind, I would make sure you have a guaranteed spot at the place you’re at now first, though

Companies don't always hire their interns, but when they do they usually give them a raise. You have all the negotiating power in the world right now, speak with your superior to find out if a full time staff position with a raise is in your future. If so, rescind your acceptance. The sooner the better.
